成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	1. 外部試験の結果：20% 2. Participation（Class activities）：　20% 3. Examination/Presentation/Paper/Project：　40% 4. Assignments/Self-study：　20% 上記を合算して，最終的な成績評価を行います。 ※旧カリキュラムの読み替えとして履修している学生については，外部試験の結果を除いた評価方法（期末試験等）により100 点満点で評価します。

授業形態・授業方法 ／Class form, class method	In this class students will actively read material from the textbook and learn how to discuss this in small groups. Students will also have to complete quizzes online using through TEAMS. In addition, we will focus on connecting the materials in the textbook to the local world around us through writing activities and a final paper.
