授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	○グローバル化する社会・経済に関する見識を深めること ○グローバル化する社会・経済に関する知識を活用して，海外ビジネスのあり方や多様な働き方を理解すること
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	英語文献や映像をもとに、仕事と経営について文化人類学の観点から学ぶ。そして、文化的に多様な仕事と経営の在り方について、英語による講義と英語による学生発表とディカッションから学ぶ。 This course picks up issues and concepts of work and management from anthropological perspectives. Cultural diversity of work and management is explored from lectures, films and student presentations.

予習及び復習等の内容 ／Contents such as preparations for lessons and the review	Read relevant materials and reflect class materials for final essay.　教材を詠み込み、発表のフィードバックを受け取り、最終レポートに備えること。
教材・教科書 ／The teaching materials, textbook	Mark "The Capital", Max Weber "Protestant Ethics" and other articles from on-line journals.『資本論』（抜粋）、「プロテスタンティズムと資本の論理」、その他オンラインによる英語文献。
