授業としての具体的到達目標 /Concrete arrival target as the class |
At the completion of the course, students will be able to: 1. Describe the design process from concept to final product. 2. Develop a project mission statement and a list of objectives and requirements. 3. Develop a work breakdown structure for a small project involving a few individuals. 4. Develop a logic diagram that shows the sequence in which the WBS activities must be accomplished. 5. Follow steps to arrive at estimates for the resources and duration of WBS activities. 6. Determine the most likely estimate using the PERT method. 7. Determine the float and critical path using the CPM method. 8. Write a project plan that documents the resources and how a project will be accomplished. 9. Describe how business accounting systems are used to provide cost information during the execution of a project. 10. Describe how estimates-to-complete are used to monitor project status and to forecast profit and loss. 11. Recognize the importance of teamwork and the need to be sensitive to ethical, cultural, and racial issues associated with project teams. |
