○ Being able to discuss familiar topics (interests, experiences, personal goals, etc.), local and global issues, etc. ○ To be able to communicate with various people from different cultures through activities such as interviews, ask for further explanations about what they do not understand, and be able to express their own opinions on the opinions of the other party. ○ To be able to learn creative thinking methods and express creatively ○ Understand the advantages and disadvantages of technologies (translation tools, AI, applications, etc.) and then understand how to appropriately utilize them for independent English learning. |

〇 Acquire the basics of comprehensive English proficiency while associating with the learning contents of "English Communication A" and "English Communication C / D", focusing on listening and speaking. 〇 You will be able to use English as an international common language in order to communicate with people from various cultural backgrounds. 〇 Acquire the habit of continuing to study independently for the rest of your life based on what you learned in class. |

Preparation for class by pre-reading the textbook and review of class activities through the use of textbook and other activities will be expected. Each week students will be required to participate in the discussion. You will also be required to complete a final task and presentation. |

Attendance, active participation, and self-study outside classroom are very important for language learning. Therefore, keep the following in mind: 1. Students are expected to attend every class. Students must attend 2/3 of all classes in order to pass. 2. Students should not be late to class. 3. Self-study time outside of class is expected to be twice the time spend in the classroom: 180 minutes of self-study for 90 minutes of class. Study systematically. |

Classes will be a combination of lectures and group activities and Cambridge Publishing LMS system. Regular and active participation is mandatory. Students will also have to complete quizzes online using TEAMS. In addition, we will focus on connecting the materials in the textbook to the local world around us through activities and a final task. |
