授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	This course harnesses literature as a means of gaining a deeper understanding of how WWII is remembered in　 Japan. We will read fiction, non-fiction, comics and picturebooks which portray war as well as watching their　　 screen versions. ○文学を活用し、第二次世界大戦が日本においてどのように記憶されているのか学びます。 ○戦争に関連するフィクション、ノン・フィクション、漫画や絵本、映画により、日本および諸外国の歴史や現状、展望について検証します。

成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	Evaluation will be based on written work（100％）. 評価はレポート（100％）によって行なわれます。
予習及び復習等の内容 ／Contents such as preparations for lessons and the review	Preparation:　Students will be given reading assignments to prepare for classes. Review: They will be required to  reflect on the content of classes to complete their written work. 予習：授業にそなえて作品を読みます。復習：コースの内容を振り返りながらレポートを書きます。

授業形態・授業方法 ／Class form, class method	This course will be taught in Japanese and English. Japanese students and International students are expected   to use both languages to the best of their ability in order to communicate with each other during class discussions.  Classes will be held both in person and online for International students participating from overseas. Students attending classes in person will be required to bring their laptops and earphones. 指導は日本語と英語で行います。日本人学生と留学生がディスカッションを行う際は二つの言語を用いながらコミュニケーションをはかります。授業は対面と海外にいる留学生向けにオンラインの両方で行います。対面授業の参加者にはPCとイアホンを授業に持ってきてもらいます。メディア授業に移行した場合はTeamsで行います。
