授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	○言語学あるいはその近接領域についての学識を得ること ○上記学問の知識や技能に基づいて，言語を社会や人間との関係から理解できるようになること 具体的には、まず、留学生とやさしい日本語や、日本語以外の外国語を用いての意思疎通を経験することです。それを通じて、外国人とのコミュニケーションについて、何ができて何が難しいか、どのようにすれば通じやすいかなどの知見を得ます。 また、 外国人が日本語を学習するとはどのようなことか、主に言語学的な観点から講義を聞いたり、学習者当人から話を聞いたりして理解を深め、学校や職場に外国人がいた場合などに、スムーズなコミュニケーションが取れるようになります。 To gain knowledge of linguistics or its neighboring fields To be able to understand language in relation to society and human beings based on the above academic knowledge and skills. 授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	この授業は３つの部分があります。 １つ目は教師の講義で、 主に言語学や日本語学に関する事を扱います。 ２つ目は教師の講義について、留学生を交えて話し合うディスカッションの部分です。 ３つ目は授業外での留学生との一対一の交流です。 授業外での交流の部分はタンデムeラーニングという１対１のオンライン会議の形式で行います。各々が都合の良い時間に、日本語とそれ以外の言語で、３０分ずつ、１時間、半期の間に２人の人と３回ずつ、計６回行う予定です。国内学生が多くて、留学生が少ない場合は、国内学生の当たる回数を半分にする場合があります。１対１と言っても、話題は前もって決まっており、お互いに何を話すか準備しますので、特に難しくありません。これまでの学生には、授業外活動でありながら評判の良かった活動です。 授業中に行うディスカッションはグループで、日本語で行われますので、英語ができても、日本語が充分でない学生には対応できないので注意してください。 There are three parts to this class. The first is the teacher's lecture, which mainly deals with linguistics and Japanese studies. The second part is a discussion of the teacher's lecture with the international students. The third is one-on-one interaction with international students outside of the classroom in the form of tandem e-learning. We plan to have one-on-one meetings 6 times during the semester, at a time that is convenient for each student. If there are too many domestic students and not enough international students, we may cut the number of times the domestic students meet in half; even though it is one-on-one, it is not particularly difficult since the topics are decided in advance and both parties prepare what to say. This is an activity that has been well received by students in the past, even though it is an out-of-class activity. Please note that even if you can speak English, we will not be able to handle students whose Japanese is not good enough.

成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	１　コメントを書く（毎回）：質疑や理解したことを授業後に毎回書き、２，３日内に提出します。毎回、3段階で評価します。クラスで共有します。４０% ２　期末レポート：授業内容に関したことで、期末にレポートを書きます。４０％ ３　授業への参加度（質問や発表、遅刻や早退）：率先して授業に参加した場合。２０％ 変更の可能性があります。 1 Writing comments (every time): You will write down your questions and understandings after each class and submit them within a couple of days.
