授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	Acquire the knowledge and attitude necessary as a member of society to play an active role in the world regardless of country or culture by making use of the advanced specialized knowledge learned at the university. Acquire the ability of cross-cultural communication necessary to survive a multicultural society, learn the knowledge and laws necessary to live as a member of society, and think about your own career development. In order to become a human resource who can communicate with people from different backgrounds and collaborate toward one purpose, while learning the world situation, we will look at the problems that exist in the immediate area and solve the problems with flexible thinking. Acquire the ability to think and communicate.
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	In this class, both international students and Japanese students will learn about "business" from a global perspective, especially in the area around the university (Aomori Prefecture), where the population declines and depopulation, the outflow of young people to the city, and cities and regions. After graduating from university, by focusing on the disparity in the number of students and the acceptance of foreign labor due to the declining working population, and at the same time, taking up the business situation and social issues of Japan as a whole and the world, and having an opportunity for discussion in group work. It is an opportunity to think about the position of "self" in the world as a member of society. In addition, we listened to the stories of five guest speakers(Theme: Employment in Aomori Prefecture, active participation of foreign human resources in Japanese companies, career education), and in the Japanese corporate culture and companies as seen by foreigners. It will be an opportunity to think about human relations, and eventually the problems of the Japanese economy and Japanese society, and we will investigate and study and discuss these problems, and make a group presentation as the final report.
授業の内容予定 ／Contents plan of the class	1. orientation, self-introduction 2,3 College Student Career Design "Community Coexistence and Career" 4,5　College Student Career Design "Global and Career" 6~10　Lecture and review by 5 guest speakers 11,12 Career design for college students "Information and career", "Diversity and career" 13~15 Group research and discussion on job hunting activities in Japan, corporate culture, economic disparity between cities and regions, the situation in Aomori Prefecture, the activities of foreign human resources in Aomori Prefecture, etc. 16 Presentation final report submission
成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	Active participation in class 10% Division of roles in group work and self- and others evaluation 30%, submissions 20% Final presentation and report 40%
予習及び復習等の内容 ／Contents such as preparations for lessons and the review	International student who will take this class needs N2 or above. In group work, members collaborate to prepare for presentations by the deadline, so it is necessary to make adjustments inside and outside class hours. Make time for each other and work on the challenges.

The limited number of students in this class is 15 international students and 10 Japanese students. If the number exceeds the capacity, the number will be adjusted by the examination by the instructor in charge.
