授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	標準的な消化器がんの他、軟部腫瘍等を含む希少がん、原発不明癌などの治療方針を決定し、自らの判断でがん薬物療法を計画し実践する力を身につける。/In addition to standard gastrointestinal cancers, we will determine treatment policies for rare cancers including soft tissue tumors and cancers with unknown primary cancers, and acquire the ability to plan and practice cancer pharmacotherapy at your own discretion.
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	腫瘍の基礎的理解は急速に進み、それにともない「がん薬物療法」は急速な進歩を遂げている。本演習では、具体的な症例を取り上げて、適切な「がん薬物療法」について実践例を学ぶ。また、最新の文献を共に読みながら腫瘍の基礎研究や臨床試験について討論を行う。/The basic understanding of tumors is advancing rapidly, and "cancer pharmacotherapy" is making rapid progress accordingly. In this exercise, we will take up specific cases and learn practical examples of appropriate "cancer pharmacotherapy". In addition, basic research and clinical trials of tumors will be discussed while reading the latest literature together.
授業の内容予定 ／Contents plan of the class	演習は、医学論文、インターネット等のメディアを利用したものを含む。 その他、以下のプログラムに参加する。 ＜セミナー等＞ 腫瘍内科病棟カンファレンス 毎週月曜日15:00-17:00 第１病棟８階カンファレンス室 ゲノムエキスパートパネル 毎週水曜日16:30-17:00 外来診療棟5階病院小会議室 キャンサーボード 毎週月・木曜日17:00-19:00 中央診療棟地下１階放射線症例検討室 がんゲノム医療 エキスパートパネル(東北大学とのWEB会議)毎週水曜日17：00-18：00 外来診療棟5階病院小会議室 遺伝医学勉強会 毎月第4月曜日17：00-18：00 外来診療棟5階 病院大会議室 随時行われる上記のカンファレンスに1回参加することで1回の授業とカウントする。よって上記のカンファレンスに30回以上参加した場合に2単位を与える。 The exercises include medical papers, media using the Internet, etc. In addition, participate in the following programs. < seminars, etc> Oncology Ward Conference Every Monday 15:00-17:00 Conference Room, 8th Floor, Ward 1 Genome Expert Panel Every Wednesday 16:30-17:00 Outpatient Clinic 5F Hospital Small Meeting Room Cancer Board Every Monday and Thursday 17:00-19:00 Radiation Case Study Room, B1F, Central Building Cancer Genome Expert Panel (Web Conference with Tohoku University) Every Wednesday 17:00-18:00 Outpatient Clinic 5F Hospital Small Meeting Room Genetic Medicine Study Group 4th Monday of every month 17:00-18:00 Hospital Large Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Outpatient Clinic By participating in the above conference held at any time, it is counted as one class. Therefore, if you participate in the above conference more than 30 times, you will be given 2 credits.
成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	50％質問回数など授業への参加度の客観的評価 50％最終日に提出するレポートの採点で評価する。 Objective evaluation of participation in classes, such as 50% number of questions 50% evaluate the grade of the report submitted on the last day.
予習及び復習等の内容 ／Contents such as preparations for lessons and the review	予習：臨床腫瘍学的基礎知識（治療、診断、緩和ケア)について下記のテキストを熟読のこと。 復習：個々の症例がその後どのような転帰となったか主治医として責任をもって追跡し、事故へのフィードバックを行う。 Preparation: Read the following texts carefully on basic clinical oncology knowledge (treatment, diagnosis, palliative care). Review: The attending physician responsibly tracks what kind of outcomes each case has occurred since then, and provides feedback to the accident.

その他 ／Others	講義内容には病院等での腫瘍内科医師としての予後告知を含むインフォームドコンセント、がん薬物治療はじめとした支持療法、ゲノム医療、そして緩和医療などの実務経験に関する内容が含まれる。また、適宜がんプロフェッショナル養成プランとの連携をします。/The contents of the lecture include informed consent including notification of prognosis as an oncology doctor at hospitals, supportive therapy such as cancer drug treatment, genomic medicine, and practical experience such as palliative medicine. In addition, we will cooperate with the Cancer Professional Training Plan as appropriate.
