授業の概要 /Summary of the class |
This course is designed to help students to figure out the genome science by understanding the background, objectives and contents of genome projects. They will learn the recent DNA sequencing techniques and their outcomes as well as the methods of analysing the gene products and the cis-elements of gene regulation by reading papers related to the genome projects and their outcomes. The future issues about the genome projects will be discussed afterward. |
