授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	○心理学ならびにその近接領域についての学識を得ること ○上記学問の知識や技能に基づいて，人の心や行動について理解できるようになること In the first section of this class, we will examine some key themes like the importance of movement (e.g., physical exercise) for mental well-being as well as how it positively effects higher order cognitive processes (e.g., memory and language). We will also learn about a growing topic in the field of psychology called mind-wandering. In the second section of this class, we will unravel the difficult topic of creativity and how physical movement and mind-wandering has the potential to enhance one’s creativity. In the third and final section, we will explore how this new research impacts language learning. We will conclude by looking at the impact AI will have on society, our understanding of creativity, and language learning.
