授業の概要
/Summary of the class
In order to acquire knowledge on the molecular pathomechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), which have been rapidly progressing recently, students will participate in brain cutting of autopsy cases, case review meetings, and the Research Meeting on Neuropathology held by the Department of Neuropathology to deepen their understanding of the pathomechanisms of brain and spinal cord diseases. In addition, students will participate in research meetings held by the Department of Neuropathology to deepen their understanding of the pathomechanisms of cranial nerve diseases.

成績評価方法及び採点基準
/A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard
Evaluation will be based on questions and answers in class (30 points) and presentations and discussions at case conferences and research meetings (70 points).

Preparation is required for each case assigned to the case review meeting.
