授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	〇現在の農村の現状と、都市農村交流、農業６次産業化の意義について、理解します。 〇青森県で行われている農業の６次産業化、都市農村交流の事例について、理解します。 〇農業農村を生かした地域振興について考える力を養います。 This course will deal with "rural development". (1) Students will understand the current state of rural communities and the significance of urban-rural exchanges and 6th industrialization of agriculture. (2) Students will understand the examples if 6th industrialization of agriculture and urban-rural exchange takin place in Aomori prefecture. (3) Students will develop their ability to think how to develop the sustainability of rural areas.
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	都市化した日本において、従来のように農産物をただ市場に出荷しているだけで、農村振興を図るのは困難になっています。そのため、都市農村交流や農業の６次産業化などが注目されています。こうした動きの理念と青森県での実態について学習し、今後の農村振興のあり方を考えます。 It is difficult to develop rural areas only by agriculture in an urbanized country like Japan, so sixth industrialization of agriculture and urban-rural exchange play an important part in developing rural areas. We will learn about the philosophy behind such a movement and the actual situation in Aomori Prefecture, and consider how to promote rural development in the future.

They are subject to change. 12/3 第１回：農村振興施策の推移と都市農村交流、農業の６次産業化　Changes in rural development policies and 6th industrialization of agriculture, urban-rural exchange 12/10 第２回：農産物の高付加価値化　Adding value to agricultural products 12/17 第３回：農産物直売所　Farmers' market 12/24 第４回：農産加工品製造　Food processing 1/7メディア授業(Online class) 第５回：農家レストラン　Farmers' restaurant 1/21 第６回：農家民宿　Farm-inn 1/28 第７回：非営利型都市農村交流 教育、環境保全ボランティア　Environmental conservation and educational activities in rural area 2/4 第８回:最終回：農業農村を生かした地域振興について総合討論　General discussion about sustainable rural development ※状況により授業や課題の提出などにおいて、TeamsやFormsを利用する場合があります。　Teams and Forms may be used in class.
成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	毎回の授業に向け提出してもらうミニレポートを５０％、期末に提出してもらう最終レポートを５０％の比率で評価します。 農村振興に関する理解度、農村振興に対する意見、これらの説明表現を評価します。 Reports submitted before each lecture (50%) and final report (50%). The evaluation will assess your understanding of rural development, your opinions on rural development and your ability to express these opinions.
予習及び復習等の内容 ／Contents such as preparations for lessons and the review	予習と復習とを合わせて30時間必要です。 事前に学部の地域計画学で学んだことを復習しておいてください。 授業に際しては、予習として、授業内容に関係するミニレポートを作成します。 授業後に、自分が作成したミニレポートで欠けていた部分に関して振り返ってください。 すべての授業終了後に最終レポートを作成します。 A total of 30 hours of preparation and review is required. Please review what you learned in your undergraduate regional planning course beforehand. As preparation, students will prepare a mini-report related to the class content. After class, reflect on what was missing from your mini-report. A final report will be prepared after all classes are completed.

参考文献 ／bibliography	谷口「観光ビジネス論」ミネルヴァ書房’(2010)など、必要に応じ講義の中で紹介します。 Will be introduced in the class.
留意点・予備知識 ／Point to keep in mind, back ground	農村地域で、農産物に付加価値を付け、地域資源を生かすためどのような取り組みが行われているのか、日常生活を通じて関心を持って過ごして欲しいです。 Please spend your daily life interested in what efforts are being made to add value to agricultural products and to make the most of local resources in rural areas.
授業内容に関する質問・疑義等 ／Question, doubt about class contents	教員研究室は、農生棟317室 です。オフィスアワーは火曜日11:40～13:10 としています。これ以外の日時でも対応しますし、火曜に不在の場合もあります。 The FUJISAKI's laboratory is located in Room 317 of the Agriculture and Life Science Building. Office hours are Tuesdays from 11:40 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. Other dates and times are available upon request.

授業形態・授業方法 ／Class form, class method	ゼミナール形式で行います。各回の授業内容について、受講者がミニレポートを作成してきます。このミニレポートに関する受講者の説明に対し、教員が補足説明を加えていきます。 メディア授業に移行した場合は，Teamsで実施します。 Classes are conducted in a seminar format. Students will prepare a mini-report on the content of each lesson and explain it in class. Supplementary explanations will be given by the professor.
