授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	○オープンにされている様々な生物学的配列のデータベースの中から自分の目的に合ったものを選択し、活用できるようになること ○データベースから取得した生物学的配列のデータを用い、必要であれば自分でプログラムを作成して、配列データを解析できるようになること
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	膨大な量の塩基配列やタンパク質のアミノ酸配列から必要な情報を取り出すためには、適切なアルゴリズムを用いたコンピュータによる解析が必要不可欠です。本授業では、生命情報の解析に用いられているアルゴリズムとその活用方法について学びます。
