授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	・高度な英語の運用能力や、英語の正しい文法に基づいた実践的な運用能力を養うこと ・英語での自己表現やグループ・ディスカッションができるようにすること
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	英語のリスニング、スピーキング、プレゼンテーションの教材を用い、プレゼンテーションやディスカッションなど音声活動を中心とした実践的な授業を行います。授業はすべて英語で行われます。
授業の内容予定 ／Contents plan of the class	Week 1: Orientation; get to know each other Week 2: Unit 1 Team Success; a conversation about teamwork. Give reasons for issues related to team communication Week 3: Review Unit 1; group discussion Week 4: Unit 2 The Power of One; give suggestions for making lifestyle changes Week 5: Review Unit 2 Week 6: Unit 3 Big Decisions; express opinions on jobs and give advice on career choice Week 7: Review Unit 3, individual presentation: recommend suitable career options Week 8: Unit 4 Changed by Technology; discuss the disadvantages of using virtual reality Week 9: Quiz 1 on Unit 1 ~ Unit 4 Introduce Unit 5: Give Thanks, a conversation about appreciating simple things Week 10: Review Unit 5: group presentation on Ways to Show Appreciation Week 11: Unit 6 Learning Better; a conversation about learning strategies and sharing ideas for improving skills Week 12: Review Unit 6: Individual presentation on how we can get better at what we do Week 13: Unit 7: The Livable City, a conversation about the lack of "third places" in a city (provide solutions to problems) Week 14: Unit 8: Every Voice Matters; talk about the value of different personality types Week 15: Quiz 2 and final group presentation
成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	1.授業における活動：40%（小テストを含む） 2.第一回と第二回のショートプレゼンテーション: 30% 3.第三回のロングプレゼンテーション: 30% ＊メディア授業に移行した場合も、上記と同様の評価方法となります。
