授業の概要 ／Summary of the class |
Bio-based materials production requires carbon sources both for cellular growth and materials production. These carbon sources are mainly from organic compounds derived from plant biomass. This class will explain the characteristics of plant biomass-derived organic compounds and microbial functions to develop bio-based materials production from plant biomass via fermentation. |
