授業としての具体的到達目標／Concrete arrival target as the class	○ 天然有機化学分野における実際を学習する。 ○ 有機合成における考え方を学習する。 To understand the mechanisms of mass spectrometric analysis, and learn the fundemental techniques for both quantative and qualitative analysis of organo- and bio-molecules with mass spectrometory. Practice analyzing sample molecules with mass sepectrometers.
授業の概要／Summary of the class	過去にトピックとなった天然物有機合成、及び担当者が行った天然物合成について紹介する。 This course introduces examples of notable natural product syntheses reported in the past, as well as natural product syntheses carried out by the lecturer.

Coreyによるプロスタグランジンの合成第５回：チルシフェロールおよびテウリレン合成研究第６回： Carzinophilinの合成研究第７回：グリコシダーゼ反応機解明を目指した糖鎖アナログの合成研究 Lecture 1: Orientation Lecture 2: Total Synthesis of Vitamin B12 by R. B. Woodward Lecture 3: Total Synthesis of Reserpine by R. B. Woodward Lecture 4: Total Synthesis of Prostaglandins by E. J. Corey Lecture 5: Synthetic Studies on Chlorsulfolide and Teurilene Lecture 6: Synthetic Studies on Carzinophilin Lecture 7: Synthetic Studies on Carbohydrate Analogs Toward Elucidation of the Glycosidase Reaction Mechanism
成績評価方法及び採点基準／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	平常評価１：講義終了後に講義内容の確認を含めた簡単な課題（Teams上で提出、80％）平常評価２：受講姿勢（講義中の質問などに対する対応など、20%）予復習に生成AIを使用することは効果的かもしれません。問題点を整理する上でも重要です。ただし、引き出される解答が正しいとは限りません。必ず教科書などで確認してください。 Coursework 1: Short assignments to confirm understanding of the lecture content, submitted via Teams after each lecture (80%). Coursework 2: Class participation (e.g., responses to questions during the lecture) (20%). Generative AI can be helpful for understanding the subjects. However, responses from AI may involve hallucinations. Therefore, students must confirm the information using textbooks or other reliable sources.
