授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	○食糧生産の基盤となる土壌の調査方法を理解・実践すること。 Students will be able to understand a soil survey method, which is the basis of food production.
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	○土壌の生産力を調査する上で、基本となる土壌調査方法を学びます。 ○基本項目を理解した後に、千年圃場（アロフェン質黒ボク土）にて実際に土壌調査を行い、土壌調査票の記入を行います。 Students learn a soil survey method, which is the basis for investigating soil productivity. After understanding it, students will actually conduct a soil survey at Chitose farm, Hirosaki Univ.
授業の内容予定 ／Contents plan of the class	第1回 土壌調査の目的 第2回 土壌断面と土壌層位 第3回 土壌断面の構成 第4回 粒度区分と土性 第5回 土壌構造とコンシステンス 第6回および第7回 弘前大学千年圃場にて土壌調査 （詳細は受講者と相談して決めます。基本的には、土曜日の午前半日を予定しています） 【オンデマンド回（課題研究）】土壌調査の事前準備および調査地点の選定と記録について、自分専用のテキスト作成をします。 （授業の進行状況等により、シラバスと実際の内容と異なる場合には、その都度説明します） 1. Purpose of a soil survey 2. Soil profile and Soil horizon 3. Composition of soil profile and Soil color 4. Particle size distribution and Soil texture 5. Soil structure and Consistency 6 and 7(final class). A soil survey at Chitose farm, Hirosaki Univ.(A soil survey is scheduled for 3 hours on a Saturday morning) 【on-demand class】:The on-demand assignment will summarize reference on the preliminary preparations for soil surveys and the selection of survey sites. (If the syllabus and the actual content differ depending on the progress of the class, I will explain each time)
成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	平常評価（担当部分の発表、50%）と期末評価（期末レポート、50%）で成績評価を行う予定です。 課題を生成AIに直接解かせることは禁止しますが、自力で求めた解答の確認のために補助的に利用することは可とします。 Evaluation of grades :presentation (50%)  and final paper (50%). It is prohibited to use generative AI to solve assignments. It may be used as an auxiliary tool to confirm answers you have found yourself.
予習及び復習等の内容 ／Contents such as preparations for lessons and the review	［予習］講義内容に関連する専門用語をまとめておいてください。 ［復習］講義内容講義内容をしっかりと理解することは、いろいろな農学知識と融合して重要になります。 （予習・復習30時間） Preparation: please always keep the topic of each lecture in mind and attend the lectures regularly. Review: the content of the course with eight lectures forms a coherent whole and regular review of each lecture is always important.
