授業の概要／Summary of the class	土壌微生物の特徴や機能に着目し、土壌の生化学的性質や物質循環との関係を解説する。微生物バイオマスや土壌酵素の役割、環境条件との関連についても学ぶことで、土壌の化学的・生物的機能を統合的に理解することを目的とする。 This course focuses on the characteristics and functions of soil microorganisms and explains their relationships with the biochemical properties of soils and biogeochemical cycles. By learning about the roles of microbial biomass and soil enzymes, and their relationships with environmental conditions, the course aims to develop an integrated understanding of the chemical and biological functions of soils.

成績評価方法及び採点基準／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	講義中に課すレポートの内容（100％）により評価する。生成AIの利用については、情報収集や問題解決における「補助的利用のみ可」とする。具体的には、初期情報の収集等に利用し、論文や教科書等をもとに情報を確認すること。確認のとれた情報は引用したうえで、適切に利用すること。なお、AIを利用したレポートは禁止する。 Course evaluation will be based entirely on reports assigned during the lectures (100%).
予習及び復習等の内容／Contents such as preparations for lessons and the review	予習：必要に応じて講義内で指示します。復習：講義内容を整理し、レポート作成へ対応すること。（予習・復習30時間以上が必要です） Preparation will be assigned as needed during the lectures. For review, students are expected to organize the lecture content and apply it to report writing. (A total of at least 30 hours of preparation and review is required.)

授業の概要／Summary of the class	土壌微生物の特徴や機能に着目し、土壌の生化学的性質や物質循環との関係を解説する。微生物バイオマスや土壌酵素の役割、環境条件との関連についても学ぶことで、土壌の化学的・生物的機能を統合的に理解することを目的とする。 This course focuses on the characteristics and functions of soil microorganisms and explains their relationships with the biochemical properties of soils and biogeochemical cycles.
