授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	〇本学部卒業生や本研究科修了生に、高度専門職業人としてのキャリアアップをどのようにしてきたのかについて、現在の仕事内容を交えながらお話していただき、将来のキャリアアップについて理解する。 The graduates of the Graduate School of Agriculture and Life sciences will talk about how they have been able to advance their careers as highly specialized professionals. Students understand how to make their future career by listening to the stories by the graduates.
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	本学部卒業生や本研究科修了生に、就職活動の内容や現在の仕事内容、キャリアアップに必要なスキル等、様々なことについて講義していただく。 また、専門家に、就職活動を行うに当たっての心構えや実践的な内容について講義していただく。 The graduates of the Graduate School of Agriculture and Life sciences will talk about their current work, the skills needed to advance the carreer, etc.    And the experts will talk about the attitude and practical content in the job hunting.

成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	２日間の講義を受講して、各講師の経験から得られた将来のキャリアアップについてのレポートにより評価を行う。（100％） Report on what you have learned from this lecture. 生成AIの利活用は担当教員の指示に従ってください。基本的には，情報収集や表現の工夫に関する補助的な生成AIの利用は構いませんが，生成AIが作成したものを直接レポートに利用することは認めません。
