授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	〇生産を行う家畜の栄養生理と飼料、飼養方法について学ぶとともに、畜産物の品質への影響と関連づけて理解する。 To understand feeding manegement practices of livestock animals in relation to quality of animal products.
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	生産目的の異なる家畜の生産と飼養方法の実際ならびに栄養生理学的な裏付けを解説するとともに、生産性向上に付随して発症する栄養障害について紹介する。また、これらに関連する最新情報について我々の日常の生活への影響を含めて紹介し、討論を行う。 Learnig practical feeding management and nutrition disorders.
授業の内容予定 ／Contents plan of the class	第１回：産卵鶏の生産と栄養 第２回：ブロイラー（肉用鶏）の生産と栄養 第３回：豚の生産と栄養 第４回：乳牛の生産と栄養 第５回：肉牛の生産と栄養 第６回：繁殖の生理と栄養 第７回：牛の栄養障害 オンデマンド：家畜生理に関連した現代的課題 別途担当教員から日程の指示がある。 1. How feeding management affects egg-laying hen production.                                           2. How feeding management affects broiler chicken production.                                                                                   3. How feeding management affects pig production.                                                     4. How feeding management affects dairy production.                                                     5. How feeding management affects beef species production.                                                                               6. 成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	授業の中での討論での発言（30％）、レポート（40％）、発表内容（30％）をもとに評価します。 生成AIを情報収集などのために利用することは認めますが、利用箇所の明示・申告は必須とします。 Active participation in class discussion, qualities of written assignments and presentations are evaluated for grade calculation. Use of generative AI is permitted but should indicate where it is used.
