授業の概要／Summary of the class	生活に身近な澱粉は、その構造と特性によって様々な場面で利用されている。植物が作り出す澱粉の特性を理解するとともに、緻密な生合成過程について理解を深めます。 Starch is a familiar material used in a variety of ways for our daily lives. In this class, we understand the properties of starch and its biosynthetic process by plants.
授業の内容予定／Contents plan of the class	第1回：澱粉の特性① 第2回：澱粉の特性② 第3回：澱粉の分析① 第4回：澱粉の分析② 第5回：澱粉の生合成① 第6回：澱粉の生合成② 第7回：澱粉の生合成③ 上記終了後にTeamsあるいはオンデマンドを利用した振り返りとレポート作成 lecture 1, Starch properties 1 lecture 2, Starch properties 2 lecture 3, Starch analysis 1 lecture 4, Starch analysis 2 lecture 5, Starch biosynthesis 1 lecture 6, Starch biosynthesis 2 lecture 7, Starch biosynthesis 3 After these, review and report will be conducted using Teams or on-demand.
成績評価方法及び採点基準／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	受講姿勢：50％期末レポート：50％（レポート作成時の生成AIの使用は認めません。） Your attitudes in class and the quality of your term paper will be evaluated. Using of AI for reports preparation is not permitted.
予習及び復習等の内容／Contents such as preparations for lessons and the review	予習：講義内容に関連する情報や専門用語を調べておく。復習：配布資料をもとに講義内容をしっかり理解してしておく。 Please always review what you learned in the lesson.
