授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	身の回りには澱粉を利用した糖質や食品が溢れています。そこには酵素の存在が欠かせません。澱粉利用の可能性を広げた糖質関連酵素について理解を深めます。 There are many kinds of carbohydrates and foods that use starch in our daily lives. The presence of enzymes is essential for these. In this class, we understand carbohydrate-related enzymes, which expand the possibilities for using starch.
授業の内容予定 ／Contents plan of the class	第1回 ：糖質関連酵素― 加水分解酵素① 第2回 ：糖質関連酵素― 加水分解酵素② 第3回 ：糖質関連酵素― 枝切り酵素 第4回 ：糖質関連酵素―グルカン転移・環状化酵素① 第5回 ：糖質関連酵素―グルカン転移・環状化酵素② 第6回 ：糖質関連酵素―その他の酵素① 第7回 ：糖質関連酵素―その他の酵素① 上記終了後にTeamsあるいはオンデマンドを利用した振り返りとレポート作成 lecture 1,  Carbohydrate-related enzymes − hydrolytic enzymes 1 lecture 2,  Carbohydrate-related enzymes − hydrolytic enzymes 2 lecture 3,  Carbohydrate-related enzymes − debranching enzymes lecture 4,  Carbohydrate-related enzymes − glucan transfer and cyclization enzymes 1 lecture 5,  Carbohydrate-related enzymes − glucan transfer and cyclization enzymes 2 lecture 6,  Carbohydrate-related enzymes − other enzymes 1 lecture 7,  Carbohydrate-related enzymes − other enzymes 2 After these, review and report will be conducted using Teams or on-demand.
成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	受講姿勢：50％ 期末レポート：50％（レポート作成時の生成AIの使用は認めません） Your attitudes in class and the quality of your term paper will be evaluated. Using of AI for reports preparation is not permitted.
