授業としての具体的到達目標 ／Concrete arrival target as the class	○園芸農学コース修了後のキャリア形成のために、実社会において学んだ知識がどのように活かせるについて考える。 ○社会のニーズを知り、起業する場合に役立てる。 In order to establish  future career plan, students consider how to utilize the knowledge they acquire in master program in a society. To know the needs of society and make good use of it for launching a business.
授業の概要 ／Summary of the class	○出口になる企業や行政・研究機関からの講師により、大学院で学んだ知識をどのように社会実装するかについて知る ○その内容をもとに、多様なキャリア形成のあり方を学ぶ．また、実社会で活動する企業や行政・研究機関の活動を学ぶ． ○どのようにコース内の教育や研究のアウトプットが地域社会に貢献できるかを学ぶ Students consider how to utilize the knowledge and skills obtained from the study in the graduate school in a society thorough the lectures given by the guests from cooporations, local governments and research institutes. Studetns learn how to develp their career and learn business activities of the companies which are playing active roles in a society. Students discuss how the output of the education and research of thier course will contribute to a community.
授業の内容予定 ／Contents plan of the class	○地域研究機関の施策を知り、実際のキャリア形成に活かす ○地域起業などを見学し、実際の事業や成果を知る ○それぞれの教育課程や研究のアウトプットがどのようにそれら地域の要請に応えられるかについて知る 日程・詳細が決定次第、掲示等でお知らせします。 Students know the measures of regional research institutes and make the most of it in career development. Students visit local companies and know their actual bisiness activities and outcomes. Students discuss how the output of the education and research of thier course will contribute to a community. Details will be announced later.
成績評価方法及び採点基準 ／A scholastic evaluation method and marking standard	平常点（授業への参加度）、レポート（100％） Class Attitudes and Report
予習及び復習等の内容 ／Contents such as preparations for lessons and the review	地域行政・研究機関の施策について調べる。 Students need to research on measures of regional governments and research institutes.
