授業としての具体的到達目標
/Concrete arrival target as the class
Effective presentations in English require three essential elements: the content you want to communicate and the passion to communicate it, the procedures and techniques for delivering it, and sufficient English proficiency to express it clearly.

The first element, content and enthusiasm, comes from each presenter individually. The second element, procedures and techniques, has been acquired to a certain extent through experience in various classes where presentations were made in Japanese. In Presentation Practice II, while continuing to follow these procedures and techniques, the main focus will be placed on developing the third element: sufficient English proficiency for effective communication.

All three elements are necessary for presentations in English; however, since language is the tool for conveying ideas, without the ability to use English, communication simply cannot take place.
授業の概要
/Summary of the class
We want students to actively strive to acquire the English skills necessary for presentations and speeches, and to realize that this will be useful in the future. Classes are conducted in English. By conducting classes in English, students' English comprehension will improve without them even realizing it. It is important to always listen carefully and to get used to different English accents. At the same time, you will learn how expectations of international settings are different from Japanese settings.

Students will be judged comprehensively based on active class participation (30%), Assignment 1 (30%), and Assignment 2 (40%). Students who score 60 or above will receive credit.
Students will be evaluated based on their ability to maximize their own abilities in their presentations, rather than on their English proficiency.
